Bots

Bots: Also known as spiders and crawlers. These can be legitimate crawlers or malicious crawlers. Legitimate crawlers are used by search engines to find content on the web while malicious crawlers scour websites to exploit a loophole or steal information. Malicious bots can also generate nonsensical traffic for website analytics trackers.
